“I love your sweater and you look like a woman with some wisdom, would you mind if I take your picture?”

“Go ahead.”

“What do you do here in the city?”

“I’ve worked in home care for over 30 years.”

“How do you like that?”

“I like it a lot. You don’t make much money..at all. But at the end of the day you feel like you’ve accomplished something. Before this I worked at an insurance company until I got laid off, which was a good thing. I really didn’t like it. Basically I would spend my whole day looking over claims to figure out how not to give people the full amount of their policy. The insurance game is a racket, it’s a legal one…but it’s a racket.”
