I saw a store I’d never seen before on 18th st. today called 18 Reasons. It was right next to Bi-Rite, the soft serve ice cream store (not the grocery store). It was half art gallery/half restaurant. There were two cute girls inside so I wandered in and asked

“Are you guys open?”
“We are if you want to look at the art, but we closed if you want food. We’re not quite ready to serve anything just yet. On Thursday we start all that at 6.”
“All what?”
“We have little get togethers here. Beer, wine, cheese, charcuterie, community.”
“That sounds pretty cool.”
“Yeah, we do all sorts of cool things here. You should come to one of our farm to table dinners.”
“I need to take your picture.”
