“What’s your passion?”

“Well…I got my masters in gerontology because I love old people. I think aging successfully and healthily is derived from having passion and purpose in life and I think that that is often overlooked in society.”

“Out of all the people I talk to doing this project, older people seem to be the most consistently interesting. They’ll stop and talk to you for a long time and they generally just don’t give a fuck. They speak their truth with a lot of depth and a refreshing lack of self consciousness.”

“Yeah, so many people don’t speak their truth. If we could all be so fortunate and blessed to live and old age hopefully we could all do it with grace.”
