“I love your tattoos.”

“Thanks. A friend of mine from Papua New Guinea had some and I really liked them so I got some of my own.”

“Cool, mind if I take your picture?”

“Not at all. Go ahead.”

“Thanks. So what do you like to do in the city?”

“I’m retired so I like to do a lot of gardening.”

“What’d you do before you retired?”

“I was a hired killer…an exterminator. But I’ve done a lot of things. I worked at a strip club for awhile when I was in LA. There were so many interesting people there. There was a medical student who was working there to pay his way thru school.”

“That’s really interesting.”

“Yeah, the stereotypes and generalizations we make about people are usually never true. There’s always more under the surface.”
