I walked into ragSF in Hayes Valley, because it’s all art by California artists and I love the way it feels in there, and this young woman was working that day. While I was walking around she asked me, “Is there anything I can help you with?”

“Naw, I’m just browsing, I like looking at all the art.”

“I know, it’s great right? I just moved back here from New York and I love the vibes here.”

“I know what you mean. How would you describe the vibe in New York?”

“It’s a hot day and you’re wearing flip flops and you step in a gross puddle. That and everybody has an agenda all the time. Always doing something or going somewhere.”

“I hear you, I like the chillness of this place. What’s your favorite thing about living here?”

“When I wake up, I just realize I’m in San Francisco and I can’t help but be happy."
