As I walking through the TL this guy smiled at me and said, “Hey, whatcha doin?”

“Just taking pictures.”

“Of what?”

“People, getting to know people.”

“Oh yeah, I like to take pictures.”

“What of?”

“Everything. You lived here long?”

“About 5 ½ years. What about you?”

“I moved here from Heyward about 8 months ago after my house burned down.”

“I’m sorry to hear that.”

“Yeah, I’m a veteran and all.”

“Does the government help you out through all this?”

“Not much.”

“Well you look pretty happy, your attitude is inspiring.”

“What are you gonna do? This is hard now, but the truth of it all is Oneness. There’s a lot of divisive stuff out there but you’ve gotta let that go.”

“Thanks for the reminder.”
