I was walking through Yerba Buena Gardens and there was a Filipino Day Festival going on. Live music, Filipino cuisine and art everywhere. This guy had a booth where he was selling his art. It was people made up of traditional Filipino foods. It was colorful and embodied the spirit of the festival. After looking through his art I said, “This is really cool stuff man. What’s your inspiration?”
“Filipino food of course. My favorite dish is ox tails and peanut butter.”
