“Hi, how are you?”

“I’m taking pictures of people in the neighborhood to capture the stories and culture of the city…would you mind if I took your picture?”

“Well normally we don’t let anyone take our pictures but since you asked so nice…go ahead.”

“Thank you. How long you lived here?”

“37 years. What about you?”

“I just moved in here about 4 months ago.”

“Oh! So you’re in your infancy here. You got here at the wrong time.”

“Why’s that?”

“This neighborhood used to be called ‘The Razor’ but when you walked through you might not make it out alive. You could get a huge house for nothin. Now you’ve gotta pay $2200 a month for a closet.”
