“How’d you guys get together?”

Her – “You wanna tell it?”

Him – “You can tell it.”

Her – “So…Eric and I met on a dating website called ‘How About We’. It’s a cool website. It’s really casual. You get on there and name your date. You might say ‘How about we…go for a walk in Golden Gate Park’, ‘meet for tacos in the mission’. Whatever, so you start off having something in common. I had set my goal for myself that I was gonna go on 20 dates with 20 strangers and that’s it. If I meet someone on date 5, I’m still gonna go on 20 dates. And I was getting really frustrated because I did this in a month.”

“Whoa.”

Her – “Yeah. At the end of that process Eric messaged me and gave me a list of compliments. ‘I love your hair, your smile, your eyes, your profile, everything, let’s get together.’ And I was very flattered so we met up. It was the very last date, date 20. We met for dinner in North Beach.”

Him – “Had a great first date.”

Her – “Yeah, dinner went well, so we walked over to City Lights Bookstore, then went to Vesuvio for some drinks, then Specks. Then we made out in the street…and the rest is history.”
