“We adopted Esther a little over a month ago from Bad Rap, it’s a pitbull rescue program in Oakland. Some guy kept her locked up in a room, and then when he couldn’t take care of her he was going to leave her on the street. Then she was at the SF City Shelter and she didn’t pass the evaluation because she growled at the evaluator. So she was on the euthanasia list but luckliy got taken to Bad Rap. I volunteer there and we had to get her.”
