“I used to be in fashion but now I’m a costume designer for theater.”
“Where do you get your inspiration?”
“It really depends, mostly through collaboration. I freelance so it’s just whoever’s piece it is. I tailor the piece to the job.”

“That sounds cool. Mind if I ask what happened to your leg?”
“It was amputated 4 years ago, I was in a cliff jumping accident and smashed it.”
“How has that affected your life?”
“That’s sort of personal I think…but I do a lot of preparatory design in addition to costume stuff and it does color everything I do…yeah, it’s been difficult.”
“I hear you, well I think you carry yourself with a lot of grace.”
“I think that’s just over-caffeination.”
“Ha! Fair enough, well thank you for sharing.”
