“I’ve seen them a bunch, but not recently.”
“Their new album’s kinda cool.”
“Yeah?”
“Yeah, they’ve got some cool historical mythology weaved into their show.”
“Cool, I’ll check em out next time for sure. Where you from originally?”
“All over, my mom’s english, my dad’s american, I was born in Chicago but I’ve lived in 6 states. Ended up in California and here I am.”
“What do you do here?”
“I work for a PR firm. I always thought I’d be doing something a little more artsy. My mom’s an artist, but my dad’s a business man so I’ve got some of that logic too. My job pays me to come up with cool ideas and that’s cool, but I’m ready for a new adventure.”
“So what’s your next step?”
“I don’t know…I just wanna get paid to come up with fun ideas and execute them.”
“Sounds cool. I’m Garry by the way.”
