“I left all my friends and moved from New York. For the first 6 or 7 years here I just worked for Sega designing video games and didn’t have any friends. I kinda feel like I lost that time. I poured my heart and soul into the games we were working on and most of them didn’t turn out that well. We were just making games to make money, not to make people happy. Once I realized the rut I was in, I quit and decided to start making games on my own. Games to make me happy.”
"When I first started on my own the games I was making were epic and maybe the scale was a bit too big. Then I started hiring a few friends to help me make them. It’s a good thing all around because I can help them out, and they help share the load making something creative.”
